Postage and Packing

All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Signed for and are insured by Royal Mail to a maximum value of #36.00. For more valuable items we recommend selecting the 'Special Delivery' option (see below for additional costs). Items sent by this method are insured (by Royal Mail) for the full retail value.

International Shipping

Please note, whilst we will dispatch your order within 3 working days any late deliveries are not the responsibility of Fylde Coast Jewellery, although every effort will be made to help with any problems or queries.

Stock Availability and Delivery Time

The vast majority of the jewellery shown on this site is in stock and readily available (dependant on the quantities required). These will be posted to you by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery within 3 - 5 days of receipt of your order.

Sterling Silver

If any of these items are not in stock we will endeavor to post these out to you within 2 weeks. We would hope to be able to post these to you before 2 weeks, but are reliant on our suppliers having the items in stock.

Swarovski Jewellery

Some of these items are made to order by our supplier, so if we havent got them in stock the delivery time could be up to 7 weeks.

If items are not in stock we will email you within 2 working days to advise of the fact and provide an estimated delivery date.

Packaging

All jewellery is packaged in either a gift box or a pillow style box, depending on the exact item. Full details of the standard packaging are included in the item description.

If you would like to purchase a gift box (where it is not included with the item), please use the option box with the item, before you get to checkout. A small charge will be made to cover costs.

Returns Policy

All goods purchased have a 7 day no quibble money back guarantee (from the date of postage). If you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund subject to the following conditions:

All products to be returned are done so un-used and un-marked.
Products are returned with all their original packaging and labels.
Proof of purchase and original documents are returned with the product.

Refunds will be for the value of the products only. Postage is ALWAYS non-refundable.

Refunds will not be made if:

Goods are marked or damaged in any way
Goods are returned in a condition unsuitable for re-sale
Goods are not returned within 7 days

Goods damaged in transit

All Jewellery ordered from this site is sent packaged and wrapped. In the unlikely event goods arrive damaged, please notify us by email as soon as possible (no later than 3 days after receipt) and we will make arrangements to replace or credit the damaged goods.

Faulty Goods

Items will only be replaced or credited provided it is clear that there is a manufacturing fault or the damage occurs prior to delivery. Claims can only be made within 5 days of delivery.

Complaints

In the unlikely event of you having a complaint or problem with any aspect of our service or the products we offer, please inform us by email. We take all complaints extremely seriously and we will try to rectify any problem quickly and effectively. All complaints will be acknowledged within 3 working days and will be resolved as soon as possible. We will always keep you informed throughout the process of resolving your complaint and we will keep the details of your complaint confidential. We always welcome feedback from our customers and are continually looking at ways to improve our service.
